WASHINGTON – PDP House Representative Rafael “Tatito” Hernández believes that, until May 1st, the Government of Puerto Rico should focus on reaching a voluntary restructuring agreement with the creditors of General Obligations (GO) and the Puerto Rico Sales Tax Financing Corporation (COFINA, by its Spanish acronym).
