Even though most part will be used to pay the lawyers’ fees, the first approved budget for the Board provides for the employees of that federal entity to earn, on average, a salary of $180,000 and also vacations and sickness benefits. Those benefits will not be enjoyed by the employees hired under the new law of labor reform in the private sector.
