Now that the bill that is arranging for the restructuring of Puerto Rico's debt is on its way to being considered by the House of Representatives, to later be passed on to the U.S. Senate, it's the responsibility of the local political leadership and their allies in Congress to close ranks with Puerto Ricans' well-being.
