Mayagüez - For some time now, there has been a buzz in Mayagüez, and not exactly because of the election campaign. It’s because the Sultana del Oeste is home to one of three Christmas ornament factories on the island, and for months now, it has been working tirelessly on the artistic works it will display during this year’s festivities.
