To meet the needs of these recipients of the Repair, Reconstruction or Relocation Program (R3), the Department of Housing (HUD) uses part of the $8.285 million allocation in mitigation funds (CDBG-MIT) to direct the construction of 1,380 new homes in 15 projects spread throughout Puerto Rico.
