U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain asked the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB), bondholders and other creditors of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) authorized to mediate the case to return to the negotiating table, both to set a work plan to judicially resolve at least one of the legal issues in controversy and to reach a financial settlement that is satisfactory to the parties.
