San Juan - Isabel Casillas Guzmán, administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) states that Latino entrepreneurs’ participation in one of the world’s largest economies is increasingly notable, since in the past decade, Hispanic small businesses in the U.S. have grown 10 times more than white-owned businesses.
