At a time when Puerto Rico is facing a marked shortage of fresh milk caused mainly by excessive heat on the country’s farms, the livestock sector has identified alternatives to deal with climate change for the future, according to Manuel Martínez Arbona, president of the Dairy Sector of the Farmers Association.
