San Juan - Despite the economic boosts people received to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, nearly half (47%) of Puerto Ricans live in a state of financial fragility, according to a study released Thursday by the Center for a New Economy (CNE) and Finra’s Investor Education Foundation.
