The executive director of the Public-Private Partnerships Authority (P3A), Fermín Fontanés, indicated that the bidding processes in the agency were awarded, until now, under Law 29 of 2009 (Public-Private Partnerships Law) and these contracts “have included as a requirement the evaluation of the financial aspects of the parent companies”.
