The Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA) will ask Governor Pedro Pierluisi to call an extraordinary session to consider the approval of House Bill 1908, said Carlos Serrano, chairman of PRMA’s Tax Affairs Committee, on Tuesday.
