For the next 12 months everyone who walks to New York’s Central Park, on the corner of 60th Street and the famous Fifth Avenue, right in front of the legendary The Plaza Hotel, will see a kind of fence created in bars, very similar to those used in Puerto Rican homes built between the 1970s and 1980s.
