There are many intriguing elements on screen in “The Watchers,” the new Warner Brothers thriller that opens today, Thursday, in Puerto Rican theaters. What is most peculiar, however, is how Ishana Shyamalan’s direction and script seem to be aware that they are working with a predictable story and still manage to find new ground to generate tension on screen.
