After the masterful exercise in oppressive expressionism in “Poor Things,” director Yorgos Lanthimos’ film anthology “Kinds of Kindness” carries an inconsequential touch. The production that hits theaters in Puerto Rico today has the distinctive style of the filmmaker of “The Lobster” and “The Favourite,” but this time around, the surreal plot twists and turns don’t have much dramatic impact.
