Over the past several weeks, Thai businessman Nawat Itsaragrisil has spoken out publicly to inform the public and the Government of Puerto Rico about possible irregularities involving payments made to the Miss Universe Organization. In the absence of a direct response, Itsaragrisil said he will give the Puerto Rico Tourism Company until September 25, 2026, to answer the questions he has raised. Otherwise, he will put his legal team to work, he told El Nuevo Día in an interview last Friday.
