Governor Ricardo Rosselló is considering the development of an amusement park—which has been described by the Government as a “Disney Park in the Caribbean”—through a participative public-private partnership (4P) as a real investment opportunity and a possible source of economic development for the old Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in Ceiba.
