Washington D.C. - Pending the appointment of the two members of the new edition of the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB) that depend on the recommendations of speaker Mike Johnson, the body that controls the finances of the elected government of Puerto Rico has lacked, for the past nine months, a member who is a resident or has a principal business in the Puerto Rican archipelago.
