Integrating the Medical Services Administration (ASEM, by its Spanish acronym) to the Pediatric and Industrial Hospitals, reducing the amount of the so-called Centers 330 and hospitals, and adopting public-private partnerships for the invoicing, maintenance, admissions, and food preparation processes for the Medical Center are part of the initiatives the government would implement to balance Puerto Rico’s finances.
