WASHINGTON - Former Governor Aníbal Acevedo Vilá requested the US Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, to decree that the Government of Puerto Rico's decision to exclude an alternative in next June’s plebiscite for those who do not believe in statehood or independence goes against United States public policy.
