The University of Puerto Rico (UPR) needs to identify nearly $7 million more to pay for the accreditations of its 11 campuses this fiscal year, after the budget certified by the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB) did not allocate an item to cover those costs, warned the president of the academic institution, Luis A. Ferrao Delgado.
