Brock Pierce claims to reside in Vermont while benefiting from Act 22
Although crypto billionaire Brock Pierce publicly claims to be a resident of Vermont since he filed his candidacy for the U.S. Senate on November 11, 2021, the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC) confirmed that they are not investigating whether he has failed to comply with the Puerto Rico residency requirement imposed by Act 22 tax decree.
