Brock Pierce’s former business partner dismisses illicit transfer of W Hotel in Vieques

In response to the lawsuit that Brock Pierce filed against him last December, resident investor Joseph Lipsey III stated in court that the transfer of the former W Hotel property to one of his corporations was lawful and dismissed the crypto billionaire’s allegations of having manufactured a default to seize the resort.
