Washington.- The Congressional leadership has proposed a five-year appropriation in Medicaid funds for Puerto Rico, which would reach a cap - in the fifth year - of $4.2 billion annually and will maintain the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) at 76 percent.
