Washington D.C. - Despite having to seek cuts under his jurisdiction totaling $230 billion over the next decade, House Agriculture Committee Chairman Glenn “GT” Thompson (R-Pennsylvania) wants to keep in his farm bill reauthorization bill the offer to increase Nutrition Assistance Program (PAN) appropriations for Puerto Rico by about $50 million.
