WASHINGTON - As the public debate intensifies regarding the legislative proposals of Barack Obama's administration to tend to the fiscal crisis of Puerto Rico, the future of these initiatives will be decided in the next few weeks during the conversations and transactions held, behind closed doors, by the Republicans and Democrats concerning the giant bill that will gather the appropriations for the rest of the 2016 fiscal year.
