Washington D.C. - Although Republican Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (N.Y.) revived her bill that seeks to grant tax incentives to manufacturing companies that set up shop in Puerto Rico and other territories, she thinks that, with the proposed language, it may have a chance to be part of a tax reconciliation measure and would be more comprehensive.
