Although the rifts among its ranks were evident, the Popular Democratic Party (PPD, by its Spanish acronym) made it official yesterday to boycott the upcoming plebiscite and now its leadership asserts to be focusing on its reorganization and the supervision of the New Progressive Party (PNP, by its Spanish acronym).
