The promise by the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to reverse, revise or terminate some thirty policies and regulations that seek to ensure public health and air and water quality in the United States could have a far-reaching effect on different sectors in Puerto Rico, including - in the short term - the energy policies that the administration of Jenniffer González has promised to aggressively implement.
