It could be compared with the functions of a police force, but in financial matters. If an agency spends more than what has been budgeted, the Fiscal Agency and Financial Advisory Authority (FAFAA) would go in to make cutbacks. If a contract entails excessive spending of public funds, this new public corporation could issue an order to cancel it.
