Washington D.C. - Given the demands from the U.S. Congress and the Puerto Rican Senate to declassify federal documents on the murders of Carlos Muñiz Varela and Santiago Mari Pesquera, family and friends consider that it is up to the Puerto Rican Justice Department to join the request and express its willingness to resume these investigations.
