Washington D.C. - Republican Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (New York) introduced legislation on Wednesday that seeks to grant, starting in January 2025, an investment credit of up to 40% to companies that do business in other countries and decide to relocate to Puerto Rico or any of the other U.S. territories.
