FEMA cuts off fuel supply to municipalities

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) eliminated the supply of fuel to all municipalities, which in the case of Patillas has resulted in about 100 bedridden people -and without power since hurricane María- being unable to operate the generators that power the medical equipment on which their lives depend on.
