As part of the commitment made to the government of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Fiona, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) proposes a $1.5 billion investment to install, maintain, and operate 15 power generation units that would provide an additional 350 megawatts until March 2024.
