Washington D.C. - The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to cancel undisbursed grants from the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program, which has targeted more than $5 billion to communities in the United States, Puerto Rico, other territories and tribes.
