MWI PUMPS, owner of the 44 hydraulic pumps for flood control in several municipalities, which operate under the supervision of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DRNA), stated in court that Tetrad Enterprises, the company in charge of them, caused “intentional” damage to the equipment located at Parada 18, in Santurce, and the La Malaria station, in Cataño.
