The Institute of Forensic Sciences (ICF, Spanish acronym) will conduct DNA tests to advance the identification process of the body found floating in a river in Naguabo during the search for Amanda Lynn Webster, a tourist from Virginia reported missing, as the agency faced problems in obtaining the woman´s dental records.
