Former political prisoner Dylcia Noemí Pagán, who served nearly two decades in prison for her ties to the Armed Forces of National Liberation (FALN) before being released by President Bill Clinton, died on Sunday night in Carolina, as confirmed by her son, Ernesto Gómez, on Monday.
