The most recent inventory of greenhouse gas emissions in Puerto Rico - released by the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER) on July 26 - reveals that, in addition to reflecting a delay in the goals set by law, little has been done at public policy level to address the main sources of pollution, according to different experts interviewed.
