Washington - As Ranking Democrat in the U.S. House Resources Committee, Representative Raúl Grijalva (Ariz.) asked the Oversight Board to define how it will certify that a Puerto Rico budget is balanced, a key requirement for the termination of the entity overseeing the island’s public finances.
