Washington D.C. - Amid calls from the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and Latino groups to end attacks on immigrants, the Hispanic Federation revealed that President Donald Trump’s anti-diversity public policy delayed for five weeks discussions on the disbursement of nearly $58 million allocated for the installation of solar panels at 330 health centers in Puerto Rico.
