WASHINGTON - The next chairman of the U.S. House Natural Resources Committee, Bruce Westerman, expects the House Democratic leadership to rule out any attempt to approve H.B 8393, Puerto Rico Status Act, in December, and said that advancing the departure of the Oversight Board will not be on his agenda.
