Residential users of the Puerto Rico Aqueducts and Sewers Authority (PRASA) will receive a 2.5% increase in their bills, each year as from next July until 2026, if the Governing Board of the public corporation decides to endorse the new rate structure included in the fiscal plan, reviewed and released yesterday by the Board.
