After a chaotic new congressional session start, which required four days and 15 votes for the Republican majority to agree to elect Kevin McCarthy as U.S. House Speaker, Jenniffer González, Puerto Rico Resident Commissioner in Washington, admitted that it will be complicated to advance bills in the next two years.
