Washington D.C. - Through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the LatinoJustice organization has asked the Department of Homeland Security to turn over all documents related to incidents in which immigration agents temporarily detained Puerto Ricans or decided to enter Puerto Rican businesses in search of people with irregular immigration status.
