Just one day after President Joe Biden signed the Puerto Rico Recovery and Accuracy in Disclosures Act (PRRADA) to avoid conflicts of interest among professionals and interested parties interacting in Puerto Rico’s bankruptcy process, Judge Laura Taylor Swain ordered the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOSB), the U.S. Trustee and the Fee Examining Officer to meet to discuss the law’s requirements.
