After Governor Pedro Pierluisi called for urgent action, LUMA Energy announced that to address the string of massive outages that have left hundreds of thousands of customers without service in the past two weeks, it has created the Outage Reduction and Response Initiative (IRRI, Spanish acronym), a group of five people, including two engineers.
