Pedro Pierluisi said Thursday that the legacy of his administration is to have pulled the island out of bankruptcy, to have provided “stability and credibility” to the government, as well as to have improved relations with Washington and to have advanced reconstruction projects after Hurricane María and the 2021 earthquakes.
