Washington D.C. - The U.S. Secretary of Education, Puerto Rican Miguel Cardona, believes that, despite the doubts of some experts, the support that exists in Puerto Rico for the idea of decentralizing the Department of Education will make this process unstoppable, regardless of who controls the next government on the island.
