Miguel Muñoz returned to the presidency of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) convinced that the institution must transform its academic offerings to make them more attractive and relevant to today’s students, an action that, he emphasized, must be taken to maintain its position as a center of quality and to attract more young people and adults to its classrooms.
