The Comptroller´s Officer found that the government disbursed another $24 million in federal funds to about 13 entities without providing copies of the contracts to the OCPR.

An analysis by the Puerto Rico Office of the Comptroller (OCPR, Spanish acronym) found that the Department of the Treasury paid nearly $2 million to individuals and entities related to the tourism industry that did not meet the eligibility requirements to access relief funds to the sector under the federal CARES Act.
